CONDITIONS OF SALE

I. PURCHASING PROCESS.
The online shop only carries out orders in the Spanish territory and the products are aimed at end consumers.

III. RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER.
Camino Creation reserves the right to cancel any order or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:
* In case of a technical error and/or typographical error in prices or other product information
contained on the website at the time the order was placed.
* Due to lack of availability.
* When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
* There are reasons that indicate that the user is a minor.
* The order could not be delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

IV. DELIVERY.
Items purchased on the Website will be shipped by a courier company and will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Order Confirmation. Shipping will be charged at a one-off cost of €5.89.

V. EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN POLICY.
If the customer is not satisfied upon receipt of the purchase, Camino Creation allows the customer to return it within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, provided that the garment has not been worn or damaged.
All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or return form duly completed.

The refund period can range from 3 to 12 working days after the return is received by Camino Creation. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed via email.
VI. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer acquires the goods.
