If the customer is not satisfied upon receipt of the purchase, Camino Creation allows the customer to return it within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, provided that the garment has not been worn or damaged.
All returns of purchased items must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or return form duly completed.

It is advisable to send the return by registered post or with acknowledgement of receipt.
The cost of sending the products by post shall be borne by the Customer and under no circumstances shall returns sent carriage forward be accepted.
Upon receipt of the products, Camino Creation will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to refund the amount with the same method of payment used in the purchase in case of return.
The refund period can range from 3 to 12 working days after the return is received by Camino Creation. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed via email.
